Dr. Glenn McElhinney is a specialist who helps connect the events of one's life to facilitate a life of confidence, freedom, satisfaction, and success. For over 35 years, Dr. Glenn has provided counseling and consulting for individuals, couples, families and organizations. He is focused on providing biblical solutions/wholeness in their personal and professional lives through change in heart, mind and behavior. He has a doctorate degree in counseling from Westminister Theological Seminary and a Master of Divinity degree from Grace Theological Seminary.

Professional Consulting
Dr. McElhinney is a specialist who, through the use of the Pro-Development assessment, helps individuals (students and professionals) discover their natural skills and abilities so they can navigate their professional career with confidence and satisfaction.
Student Assessments
Dr. McElhinney uses the Pro-Development Student assessment to provide students and their parents with a clearer picture of who they are which guides them to make informed and intentional course and major selections at the beginning of their college career, which prevents extra tuition costs.
